In order to further promote the construction of enterprise culture and enhance the cohesion of enterprises. In mid-to-late November, Mercer Electric launched the theme activity of "Focusing on Core Literacy and Showing Mercer's Image", with a total of more than 800 people participating. This activity takes the core quality of all staff as the main line, and carries out knowledge competition and enterprise song singing activities. Finally, the technology center won the team champion, the human resources department won the team runner-up, and the planning and adjustment department won the team third runner-up.

The learning materials are distributed in the form of online question bank, covering the integration of multi-dimensional knowledge such as corporate culture, core quality of all employees, knowledge of production safety, code of conduct and company rules and regulations, and all employees learn independently. From November 20 to 21, the company launched a core quality knowledge competition for all employees, with a total of 747 participants, with a participation rate of 89%. In the end, Zhou Luyao of the Human Resources Department won the first prize, Huang Yanfang of the Planning Department and Lin Yifei of the Finance Department won the second prize, Hu Mengyao of the Quality Department, Yue Qirong of the Human Resources Department and Liu Xiangge of the Human Resources Department won the third prize.
